Each year, more than 100,000 people apply for jobs with TriHealth, a healthcare system with more than 100 locations, hundreds of services, and a broad range of employees. However, sifting through hundreds of applications looking for qualified applicants was a time consuming task for hiring managers.


2060 Digital built a strong social media presence supported by targeted display advertising campaigns to present job opportunities to quality candidates, while highlighting the organization’s commitment to the community.

TriHealth’s dedicated Social Media Strategist created a Facebook career page with a highly visible Apply Now app. The strategist writes, designs and publishes content highlighting TriHealth’s culture as well as current employee news and contributions from members of the team. In addition, the Social Media Strategist and Digital Project Manager work together to run targeted social and display ads for job openings that reach highly qualified potential employees. One successful collaboration to advertise a nursing recruitment event resulted in 849,780 impressions and 1,687 clicks, and more importantly, 263 sign-ins at the event.
